CANAANCITY  UPDATE

The Canaan city Project is moving closer to reality as the following developments have taken place

  • The full masterplan had been  received and corrected accordingly.
  • Final discussions with the developers have been held on the Implementation Strategy.
  • Clearing of Phase1 Project Site is to begin in a week's time as contractors' are planning to mobilize to site.
  • The first set of Project team from Malaysia will be moving in from the first week of March and construction is expected to commence in the first week April.

Consequently, all members of the Winners' Family interested in owing a beautiful home in Canaan city are hereby reminded on the need to respnd by making the initial deposit payment for the type of house desired.

In view of the need to complete the 1st set of houses before SHILOH 2011, only those whose deposits are recived before the 31st of March, 2011 will make that group.

The first 600 Terraces and 600 Affordables units (Check Panel Bank) will be started in April 2011 and shall be finished by SHILOH 2011. While at the same time the rest of the phases shall follow immediately. Now we are open for registration.
